Today I get to reveal the flap copy description for the back of Pure. What has been up on Goodreads and other sites was just really a generic description, so this gives you a little more idea of what the book is actually about.
If you haven't read Half-Blood, I would suggest that you DO NOT read this. It's not too, too spoilery, but it does mention some events that had taken place in Half-Blood. Also, read below for some exciting news about Pure.

There is need. And then there is Fate...
Being destined to become some kind of supernatural electrical outlet isn't exactly awesome--especially when Alexandria's "other half" is everywhere she goes. Seth's in her training room, outside her classes, and keeps showing up in her bedroom--so not cool. Their connection does have some benefits, like staving off her nightmares of the tragic showdown with her mother, but it has no effect on what Alex feels for the forbidden, pure-blooded Aiden. Or what he will do--and sacrifice--for her.
When daimons infiltrate the Covenants and attack students, the gods send furies--lesser gods determined to eradicate any threat to the Covenants and to the gods, and that includes the Apollyon... and Alex. And if that and hordes of aether-sucking monsters didn't blow bad enough, a mysterious threat seems willing to do anything to neutralize Seth, even if that means forcing Alex into servitude... or killing her.
When the gods are involved, some decisions can never, ever be undone.
Makes you wonder what's between the cover, huh? To say I'm excited about Pure is an understatement. I'm eager to hear what people think once ARCs start making it fully out into the world, which will be in December and going forward.
Now, for the news part of this. One of the editions of Pure, either print or digital, will have a deleted scene told from Seth's perspective that will not be available in any other format. And trust me, once you read Pure, you'll want to know what the heck Seth was thinking when all of this was going on. And who doesn't want to know what Seth is thinking the majority of the time? I know I even wonder....
