Tempting the Best Man and Contest

Hiya guys!

So I did this really cool and awesome Vlog on RT, showing all the pretty stuff and acting like a damn fool... and I can't get it to upload. Le Fail.

But I have something waaay cooler. As some of you know I have this alter ego named J. Lynn. And under that pen name, I write contemporary and paranormal romance, urban fantasy, and what not. Some of you may also know that I have a book coming out with Entangled's Indulgence Imprint tomorrow! It's my first time a writing a category romance and I had tons, tons of fun delving into Madison and Chase's romance. So check out the official blurb and cover. Keep reading because I have a huge contest below.

Well, for all those who wondered if my adult novels were... eh, steamy... I think the cover answers that question.

Madison Daniels has worshipped her brother's best friend since they were kids. Everyone thinks she and Chase Gamble would make the perfect couple, but there are two major flaws in their logic. 1) Chase has sworn off relationships of any kind, and 2) after blurring the line between friends and lovers for one night four years ago, they can't stop bickering.

Forced together for her brother's wedding getaway, Chase and Madison decide to call a truce for the happy couple. Except all bets are off when they're forced to shack up in a tacky 70’s honeymoon suite and survive a multitude of "accidents" as the family tries to prove their "spark" can be used than for more than fighting. That is, if they don't strangle each other first…

Eep! Tempting the Best Man will be available in digital formats! TTBM is definitely an adult read, so if you have any questions considering if you're old enough to read, then probably not. It's not straight up erotica, but it does contain adult material. But if you love snarky, alpha males... then I think you will like Chase Gamble.

Tempting the Best Man is available now!

You can buy Tempting the Best Man Amazon and Barnes and Noble

Now for contest time! In celebration of my first adult release and my first ever fan website being established (You can check out Deity Island HERE), I'm going to give away TEN signed sets of Half-Blood and Pure. Yes. TEN. Contest is US only due to shipping costs on this! Contest details are below. EDIT. Contest is INTERNATIONAL. I had a change of heart. There you go. =)

  29. I think all girls had childhood crushes. I had my fair share. I think my major crush was this guy Paul. He was a great friend and would have loved it to be more, just never happened. I saw him a couple of years ago, still very nice. Then I also worked with his wife for a couple of years, very nice. We also shared the same bday, so I felt that it made it even better.
Thanks for the giveaway. Jennifer is a new author for me and would love to win and read your books. I am definately adding Tempting the Best Man to my must buy list.

  46. Oooh yeah, I had a huge crush on this guy. Actually sometimes I still do. He was soooo coool and cute and such a nice guy. I've rarely come across a HOT guy who's also nice. He was my brother's best friend...they're still friends :P We barely used to talk :P I'm pretty sure he knew I liked him but I was too young for him then. He's 3 years older than me, now he moved to the US and I'm still in India so lol - never gonna happen. By the time I was in college , shockingly I ran into him again (frequently) at the local sports club 2 years ago and we were both single..but that lasted for like 2 months because I started dating someone else so never made a move. I'm happy now though.

Ok I'm rambling. I'll shut up now.

    ReplyDelete

  54. Oh, I used to love a lot when I was younger, but this guy who've haunted my dreams for almost four years was someone really important to me and someone I would've done anything for, but because of the age difference we just couldn't do it! We kept ourselves away even though everything about us screamed: "I want to be with you". In the end we kept it away, but my love for him pushed me to the edge sometimes.

Huh, I wish I could undo the time and tell him straight that I don't care anymore, but it is too late for regrets and now I will just be some odd face in the crowd at his wedding...

    ReplyDelete
  55. I never really had a childhood crush. Only on fictional characters LOL

I absolutely love the sound of Testing the Bestman because it actually reminds me a tiny bit of my own love story .. I met my current boyfriend was I was 12 and he was 16 and my big brother's best friend and I had a majour crush on him .. I really didn't think he'd want to be with me but a year later we started dating and we've been together ever since. I was really young compared to him and our relationship was a bit hard to accept at the time for some people .. but now I'm 19 and he's 23 so the age difference doesn't seem so big anymore and I love him a little more each day :) !! Thank you so much for this giveaway, it is incredibly generous of you to make it international and I'm sooooo loving you right now because of that :) !! Sorry for the long story :)
Thank you so much Jennifer :)

Okay, so I've been in love with my childhood friend since I was 11 years old. (Yes, I believe it's really young, but I happened to be very mature :D) and sooo, well, it's the same old story, I have never had the courage to tell him. And now, after like 5 years, (I'm still in love with him) I've come back to Canada from Paki, and he's still back there. And now, I awfully regret not telling him :'( But then I got to know from a little birdy that he's coming here to Canada! And I, just DIED! He's coming in the summer, and I am, well I don't now what I'm going to be doing, I've just got my fingers crossed. I hope he feels the same. *le sigh* :')

  112. *Sighs* Yes, I did have a childhood crush. Sadly, it was my best friend. Like, BEST friend. He was the guy I spent a lot of time with, digging in the dirt, playing with bugs, and other un-ladylike things. One day, or week, or something, he stopped talking to me, and I never understood why. Now, I see him every day in school, and I try and pretend like he's not there. It's hard.

    Thanks!

But I know I won't be able to get any work done before I finish the book, so I'll have to buy it Friday after school and only start then.
And by the way, your review on goodreads is killer. =)

Well anyway, we were still friend even when I grew up out of my crush stage but then I moved abroad for a couple of years and when I moved back I found out that he changed completely and now we're just neighbours with a casual "hi, hey" relationship.
